The room cleanliness was quite disappointing. We found dirty footprints on the floor and the bathroom wasn't adequately attended to during our stay. After requesting toilet paper, we faced an unreasonable delay, which left us quite frustrated.

The bathroom design needs serious attention, as stepping into the shower was difficult and lacked safety features like handrails. While the staff were generally pleasant, the limited number of electrical outlets was frustrating for charging devices.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour security. I remember my first stay, where the staff helped me with a late departure. I recommend checking if meals are available during your stay. I'm coming back for a city break.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Opera and beautiful Lake Allier. We stayed with our child and enjoyed the spacious guest rooms. it felt more generous compared to usual Ibis offerings. The underground parking was really convenient too.
